Mike, another guest in our chalet, is an expert skier but was interested to try boarding, so I invited him to share my lesson. Our instructor was Toni Giglio, a charming young gentleman who, unfortunately for Mike, spoke very little English, only Italian and German. I ended up interpreting for both of them, as best I could. It also didn't help that Toni rode "goofy", whereas Mike and I were "regular", so we had to interpret all his moves as mirror images as well
