1 No apologies

2 Minutes from the AGM held on 9th May 2005 were accepted and signed.

3. Matters arising.

4 Chairman's Report 2005/06.

5 Village matters

a) Mrs Woodier asked about a replacement Post box on Hill Top Rd.
The Council was able to inform her that a new Post Box will be positioned near the notice board. Royal Mail is applying to VRBC for planning permission. There will be no Sunday collections. Sunday collections are from main post offices only.
b) Mrs Woodier also asked about the plants in the beds outside the Parish Room. Mr Sandy-Winsch was able to tell her that new ones will be planted at the end of May.

The meeting was brought to a close at 7.55pm, and the Chairman thanked Mrs Woodier and Mr Sandys-Winsch for attending the AGM.
