a) Strawberry Farm - a letter has been received from VRBC stating that Planning contravention orders have been served and returned. VRBC gave the owner 28 days to submit the appropriate application papers, none have been received. The owner now has 14 days to respond. If no response then formal action will be taken.
4. Planning Applications
8 Cliff Road for Mr J Fishwick - Proposed Granny flat. After discussions it was decided to request VRBC to refuse the application on the grounds that the description of the 'Granny flat' is misleading and is disproportionate to the stated use. The size shown on the plans is as big as a semi. and is considered to be inappropriate in a village completely washed over by a green belt.

8. Reports from other meetings
R Holt and K Worrall attended a Town and Parish Council meeting on 2nd June.
Burial Committee - Mr Hodgson reported that it had been agreed that they would consider a notice to remind people of the rules as to what is allowed in the Burial ground. A quote is to be obtained for the painting of all seats. The owner of the land opposite the Burial ground has applied for the change of use of the land to a 'Burial Ground'. The Committee had been interested in obtaining this land to meet future needs. Concerns were expressed about an independent Burial ground opposite to the existing one.
