ACTON BRIDGE PARISH COUNCIL

Annual General Meeting
Held on Monday 4th April 2011 at 7.30pm in the Parish Rooms

1 Apologies were received fro CW&C Clr R Oultram, Mrs J Evans and Mrs V Oliver

2 Minutes from the AGM held on 4th May 2010 were accepted and signed

3 Matters arising

a) The milestone on Station Road was still awaiting painting. This action would be chased again.

4 Chairmans Report 2010/11

The Chairman gave his report of the work over the last year and included a review of the Parish Councils activities over the last four year term of office.

There were no questions.
Clr Pardoe expressed the thanks of the Council to the Chairman.

5 Village Matters.

The were no matters.

The AGM was brought to a close at 7:55pm
