1. Public Matters
No members of the public present.
2. Minutes
Minutes of meeting held on 7th November were accepted & signed.
3. Matters Arising.
a) Wind Farm, Aston Grange. Mr S Pardoe reported that Aston have now prepared a response. Meeting to be held Dec 6th at Hill Cliffe Hotel Frodsham.
b) White lines, Chapel Lane - These have now been painted.
c) A49 Richard Flood, Highways Dept has offered to attend a meeting. Invitation to be sent for March meeting.
d) Letters received from Police about speeding through the village. A date is to be arranged to meet Chris Burnham, Police.
e) Permanent flashing lights are designed for use on A roads, not B roads. A sign depicting children outside the Parish room is not possible because it is not a school.
f) Station car park. Meeting with H & S cancelled. Reps will meet in the Spring. The car park let the village down in the Best Kept Village competition.
4. Planning Applications
a) Flushing Meadows. Extn to hay barn for Mr Woodward. No objections.
b) Manor Farm. Change from grazing land to private horse riding area. For Mr & Mrs Hayward. No objections.
5. Planning Decisions
None
6. Authority for signing cheques and Financial Matters
Precept form for 2006 received. To be discussed at the next meeting.
Cheques authorized:
- Clerks 3 month pay £240
- £30 for WI towards purchase of bulbs for village.
7. District Representatives Report
Cllr A Hooker apologized for her absence.
Cllr Hooker reported that the bridge at Sutton Weaver is in a very bad state of repair. There was a meeting with British Waterways in Sept. Government has withdrew their funding and there is to be another structural survey. It could be 3 years before anything is done.
Proposed incinerator at Ince Marshes. Public unanimous in rejecting the incinerators.
The possibility of a Crematorium in Vale Royal is being looked into.
8. Reports from other meetings
Milner Trust - about £1,000 has been distributed to good causes.
9. Correspondence
a) Info on Rights of Way.
b) Precept.
c) Police restructuring.
d) VRBC Bus strategy.
e) Donation by Neuromuscular Society requested.
f) WVS request for donation.
g) CCC Cheshire - Replacement Waste Local Plan papers.
10. Village Matters
Refreshment wagon on the A49 again. The old plans to be consulted.
11. Any other business

12. Next meeting will be held on Monday 9th January 2006 at 7.30pm.
