1. Public Matters
2. Minutes of the meeting held on 5th April were accepted as a correct record.
3. Matters Arising.
a) Pavements, Hill Top Road surfaces appear to be disintegrating.
4. Planning Applications
a) Smithy, Hill Top Rd. Change of use of first floor from storage to residential. No objections
5. Planning Decisions
a) Woodbine Cottage - permission granted by VRBC

Mr S Pardoe attended 'Meet the Mayor Day' which he found very enjoyable. He has sent a letter thanking the Mayor for her kind invitation.
The Parish Council meeting closed for the Annual General Meeting at 7.30pm

Reports from other meetings, cont.
Burial Committee. An Internal auditor has been appointed. Mr M Thornhill, Project Manager for VR gave a presentation. There is an opportunity to buy more land as the present site has space for only another 12 years.
9. Correspondence
a) Allianz Cornhill renewal papers for insurance.
10. Village Matters
a) Waste bins - Refuse collection will be fortnightly. Part of Milton Rough have not received Brown bins yet.
11. Any other business
First instalment of 2004/05 precept has been paid into the Cheshire Building Society account.
12. Next meeting will be held on Monday 7th June 2004 at 7.30pm.
No members of the public present.
b) Milton Rough lay-by. Chippings have been dumped there by the Borough Council.
c) Wall Hill Cottage, Acton Lane, alteration to plans explained to the council by the Chairman. They are due to the planning rules on flooding. A letter has been sent to the Planning Dept at VR mentioning the size of the new building as opposed to the original building.
d) 24 Cliff Rd plans. After consultation with the neighbours a letter has been sent to VR agreeing with the neighbours objections.
b) 11 Hill Top Rd - permission granted by VRBC

b) Mr M Hodgson suggested that it would be a nice idea to sow Wild flower seeds in hedgerows. He will speak to Martin Thornhill, VRBC.
